Role


Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably within a SaaS or cloud services environment.
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Desirables

  • Familiarity with AWS cloud competencies
  • Familiarity owning SaaS or PaaS in Salesforce



What the job involves

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with DOMA Technologies' goals and market needs.
  • Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Gather, analyze, and document product requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, soliciting feedback and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and functionality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Coordinate product launches, working with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support materials.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts.
