  • Ability to ramp up quickly on new business domains
  • Goal-oriented autonomous organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong consulting and communication skills with high credibility across internal and external partners
  • Ability to pitch and articulate value to different audiences
  • Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams
  • Experience using Figma Miro or similar collaborative design tools
  • Experience using Jira or similar requirements management tools

Day to day

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver product strategy aligned with market opportunities and business goals

  • Research markets users and competitors to uncover opportunities translate insights into product decisions and manage risks effectively
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle define requirements prioritize features and drive high-quality launches and iterative improvements
  • Champion metrics-driven continuous improvement collaboration innovation and knowledge sharing across product and delivery teams
