Requirements
- Product management experience in digital products services or platforms
- Strong technical product mindset with the ability to work with engineers architects and DevOps teams
- Experience working with or alongside platform or DevOps engineering teams
- Proven ability to define strategy own roadmaps and manage backlogs in an agile environment
- Experience balancing strategic operational and technical priorities across multiple teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Day to day
- Own the technical product direction for the Aggregator service across Platforms and Onboarding teams.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision roadmap and strategy that aligns engineering delivery with service outcomes.
- Lead continuous improvement and platform health decisions using data operational insight and stakeholder feedback to prioritise resilient high quality enhancements.
