Requirements
- Refine high-level business requirements received by the Product Team and define detailed business and technical requirements
- Act as consultants with Product Team as needed as they define the high-level business requirements to ensure technical feasibility of the desired feature
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Work independently with stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, solicit feedback, gather requirements, and obtain approval for specifications
- Facilitate UAT process for completed features prior to delivery to production environments to ensure business needs are met as intended
- Work with Application Support Techs and Delivery Teams to analyze support issues and/or client implementation questions
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is required
- 4+ years of recent Business Analyst, Product Owner/Manager or Technical Product experience in a SAAS environment is required
- Experience gathering, creating and managing requirements is required
- Experience building UI mockups, wire framing and diagramming is required
- Comfort with using reading APIs and understanding how multiple systems interact

Day to day
- Facilitate various aspects of the development process including gathering requirements, design, UAT testing, and how-to documentation
- Act as a liaison between product management, technology, and support teams to define the solution for customer needs
- Create and ensure quality of product documentation and provide guidance on documentation for new features
