Day to day
- The Technical Product Manager will shape the future of our payment platforms by focusing on product strategy execution through integrations and payment system management. This role requires a profound understanding of the payments ecosystem, particularly in bill payment processes and technologies, with special emphasis on ACH and Cash retailers network. The candidate will drive the development and optimization of our money movement solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, bridging business needs and technical tasks by collaborating with product teams, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders for ACH and retailers. Guide technological and architectural changes and make informed decisions about technical solutions. Communicate the product development roadmap across agile teams, define and document user stories, organize the backlog, and ensure proper prioritization with engineering management.
- Engage with external developers, customers, and partners to gather feedback and influence the development roadmap. Maintain documentation, stay updated on ACH practices, and ensure the team's knowledge remains current and relevant.
