Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant technology product or project management experience
- Experience managing infrastructure security or IT operations projects
- Working familiarity with Linux Windows Oracle Salesforce MuleSoft and AWS Lambda environments
- Experience building and maintaining a roadmap and prioritizing a multi-project portfolio
- Experience managing 3 or more concurrent projects with competing timelines and resources
- Experience reviewing technical resumes and assessing candidates for infrastructure security or engineering roles
- Experience contributing to cost proposals estimates or statements of work
- Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity shifting priorities and cross-portfolio impacts

Day to day
- Serve as the primary delivery lead for the Operations workstream across a large federal technology program.
- Own and continuously refine a multi-project roadmap, balancing prioritization, risk, dependencies, and agency mandates.
- Coordinate active delivery across infrastructure security and application initiatives while partnering closely with technical leads and stakeholders.
