Requirements
- 2-8+ years of product management or software experience with a track record of shipping strong work
- Low ego high EQ and strong collaboration skills
- Fluency in data driven product decisions and trade-off thinking
- Ability to lead and influence small engineering teams toward a common goal
- Experience building enterprise industrial or security software products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong design sense and proficiency in Figma
- Prototyping skills and use of AI coding tools
- Basic coding or hacking abilities
- Ability to move fast handle ambiguity and sweat the details
- Based in the US and a citizen or permanent resident

Day to day
- Own the entire product lifecycle from idea through launch for AI products in mining
- Spend time onsite with customers to deeply understand operations and shadow different roles and teams
- Build prototypes in the field gather feedback quickly and translate insights into product improvements
- Partner closely with engineering sales and government stakeholders to shape priorities standards and roadmap
