Requirements
- 8-12+ years in product management forward deployment or solutions engineering
- Shipped AI products from prototype to production at scale
- Strong product sense with prioritization under uncertainty
- Deep GenAI fluency including LLMs RAG fine-tuning prompt engineering context engineering and evals
- Hands-on experience building or shipping agentic systems with planning tool use HITL and guardrails
- Ability to prototype AI solutions using modern AI tools to validate hypotheses
- Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Technical fluency to read code evaluate architectures and drive scalable deployment patterns
- Exceptional communication skills for PRDs technical specs and decision logs
- Comfort operating in ambiguous fast-moving environments
- PM-level fluency across AWS AI ecosystem including Bedrock AgentCore SageMaker Strands Kendra OpenSearch Lambda and Step Functions
