Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience with 10 years relevant experience including 5 years as a Technical Product Manager
- 5 years of ServiceNow experience preferably in Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment and other ITSM capabilities
- 5 years using Product Management best practices including roadmap planning prioritization and value measurement
- 5 years performing business analysis writing high-quality requirements and supporting delivery teams
- 5 years working in a Scaled Agile environment including PI Planning and sprint ceremonies
- 5 years of stakeholder management with strong partnership building transparency and engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to summarize complex ideas clearly
Nice to have
- ServiceNow certifications
- Product Management certification
- SAFe certification
- Large regulated organization experience
- SI or MSP partnership experience
Day to day
- Own the product vision strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment capabilities
- Translate business needs into epics features requirements and acceptance criteria while partnering with architects developers and stakeholders
- Drive demand management backlog prioritization testing release readiness and continuous improvement in a large enterprise environment
