Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Biological Science, or related field
Hands-on experience with computational chemistry or biological pathway modeling using AI and physics-based methods in drug discovery and development
Proven experience as a product manager focused on developing software in the scientific domain, particularly drug discovery applications
Solid understanding of computational methods used in life sciences
Experience with software development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centric design principles
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and research scientists
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
A passion for scientific research, innovation, and leveraging software to advance computational chemistry and material science
