Requirements
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Biological Science, or related field
- Hands-on experience with computational chemistry or biological pathway modeling using AI and physics-based methods in drug discovery and development
- Proven experience as a product manager focused on developing software in the scientific domain, particularly drug discovery applications
- Solid understanding of computational methods used in life sciences
- Experience with software development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centric design principles
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and research scientists
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for scientific research, innovation, and leveraging software to advance computational chemistry and material science

Day to day
- Drive strategic vision and development of an advanced platform for in silico simulations and data-driven analysis in drug discovery and development
- Enable scientific research and computational chemistry teams in target identification, high-throughput screening, and biology pathways modeling
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, chemists, and biologists to define and execute a product roadmap for pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
