Who you are

  • At least 4 years experience as a technical product manager in an API platform company or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of managing product backlogs, creating workflows, and writing user stories.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of the U.S. consumer debt ecosystem.

What the job involves

  • Own product definition and propose solutions to consumer debt issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design key technical requirements for product delivery.

  • Support customer lifecycle from implementation to troubleshooting and feedback capture.
