Who you are

• Significant knowledge of current technologies and practices for creation, deployment, and operation of websites and mobile apps
• Experience with common product management practices
• Experience working within agile product teams to build customer-facing software
• Proven success translating software user and stakeholder needs into relevant outcomes and development scope
• Proven success achieving outcomes through indirect influence and building consensus

• Experience with e-commerce websites and/or mobile apps
• Experience with major public cloud providers
• Experience with content delivery networks
• Experience with web and app analytics tools

What the job involves

• Partner with engineering leaders to provide foundational technology and governance for consumer websites and mobile apps
• Lead defining outcomes, initiatives, and processes that support the internal developer community, end user experience, and business priorities
• Champion adoption of platform capabilities and seek alignment and synergy between platforms
• Create and maintain platform team roadmaps, evaluate potential work’s value and priority, and report progress and status to stakeholders
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria and create and lead governance processes that help feature teams uphold platform quality and requirements
