- Significant knowledge of current technologies and practices for creation, deployment, and operation of websites and mobile apps
- Experience with common product management practices
- Experience working within agile product teams to build customer-facing software
- Proven success translating software user and stakeholder needs into relevant outcomes and development scope
- Proven success achieving outcomes through indirect influence and building consensus
Nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce websites and/or mobile apps
- Experience with major public cloud providers
- Experience with content delivery networks
- Experience with web and app analytics tools
- Experience with mobile app engineering teams and mobile delivery platforms/tooling
- Experience with authentication and identity management systems and practices

Day to day
- Partner with engineering leaders to provide foundational technology and governance for consumer websites and mobile apps
- Lead defining outcomes, initiatives, and processes that support the internal developer community, end user experience, and business priorities
- Champion adoption of platform capabilities and seek alignment and synergy between platforms
- Create and maintain platform team roadmaps, evaluate potential work’s value and priority, and report progress and status to stakeholders
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria and create and lead governance processes that help feature teams uphold platform quality and requirements
