Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business Field or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 5 years working as a Product Manager for B2B, business process outsourcing, or technology company
- Minimum 3 years in defining requirements, journey mapping, and prototyping based on user needs
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong business acumen required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to function both as an individual contributor and member of a cross-functional team
- Experience driving cross-functional teams across all levels and functions
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
- Moderate travel required (10-30%)

Day to day
- Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations
- Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stakeholders and customers to shape the product strategy and surface and prioritize needs
- Monitor business, market, and technology trends to inform product strategy and proactively propose new solutions
- Maintain a roadmap and release plan that effectively prioritizes the delivery of features and technologies to meet customer needs while providing best-in-class solutions to our markets
- Contribute to translating business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements through prototyping and MVP definition
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and proactively champion product improvements
- Partner with engineering and support teams to ensure the optimal design and delivery of solutions
- Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs for the product to measure performance and contribution to business goals and strategy
