Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role
- Experience working on SaaS platforms with exposure to API-driven products preferred
- Success managing data-rich technically complex products and major launches from concept to delivery
- Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong product intuition with strategic thinking and creative problem-solving ability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced high-growth environment with shifting priorities
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize execute and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-team alignment ability
- Highly accountable solution-oriented and motivated by ownership
- Coachable adaptable open to feedback and confident challenging ideas
- Experience in fintech financial services risk underwriting identity fraud or related industries is a strong plus

Day to day
- Own the product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery, ensuring features are well designed and built for real customer needs
- Translate complex technical ideas into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute confidently
- Collaborate across Engineering, QA, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and customers to prioritize the backlog, shape strategy, and launch scalable solutions
