Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field
- 5+ years as a Product Owner Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong background with Agile Scrum development teams
- Experience with mobile applications in real-world or high-reliability environments
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software preferred
- Experience with offline-first design sync strategies and API-based systems
- Familiarity with GIS mapping or geospatial systems a strong plus
- Experience with public safety field service or similar operational domains preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar backlog tools
- Ability to create wireframes user flows and functional specifications
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
- High attention to detail for edge cases and real-world usage
- Comfortable in a fast-paced high-visibility delivery environment

Day to day
- Own and prioritize the backlog for mobile applications and field-based workflows, translating product vision into clear user stories with strong acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution for mobile-focused teams while balancing new features, customer commitments, and production stability.
- Define and refine requirements for mobile solutions, offline-first workflows, API integrations, and AI-assisted delivery artifacts in partnership with engineering, QA, support, and product teams.
