Who you are

• 5+ years of Product Management, Production, or Technical Writer experience with detailed documentation and feedback collation.
• Experience designing and iterating on back office tools for Live Operational use is a plus.
• Experience with SCRUM/KANBAN methodology.
• 3+ years' experience with Atlassian suite of tools (Confluence/Jira/Lucid Charts).
• Knowledge of real-time event-driven messaging systems, including payment processing, PII, KYC, and data warehousing.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with AI modeling is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
