Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management, Production, or Technical Writer experience with detailed documentation and feedback collation.
- Experience designing and iterating on back office tools for Live Operational use is a plus.
- Experience with SCRUM/KANBAN methodology.
- 3+ years' experience with Atlassian suite of tools (Confluence/Jira/Lucid Charts).
- Knowledge of real-time event-driven messaging systems, including payment processing, PII, KYC, and data warehousing.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with AI modeling is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have

- experience with Lucid Charts or similar

- Casino industry experience
- UML modeling experience
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with SQL
Day to day
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define Product/System scope, requirements, and end-user experience that meets their goals.
- Document and evaluate risks and alternative solutions, and communicate relevant information to developers and project management.
- Assist development teams in clarifying requirements to help them understand business goals, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on features, functionality, and deadlines.
