Who you are

• Background exposure to technology such as Microsoft tech stack e.g. .Net, Python or Java
• You will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic that can work with limited supervision
• You should have a strong client focus and consistent track record of delivering to user needs
• You will need to be a skilled problem solver; a key requirement for this role is being able to deconstruct problems into constituent parts to come to the best solution
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are also a requirement
• Being focused and accurate, you will need to have a data driven approach to feature development
• You should have experience of user centred design and have a keen interest in UI design and user experience
• You will have an open and expansive approach, willing and able to interact internally and externally and at all levels within the company
• You will show a highly committed attitude

What the job involves

• Create user stories to breakdown features and epics into end-to-end functionality
• Collaborate with the Scrum team to develop and deliver high-quality products
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product delivery and client satisfaction
