Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience in the automotive and/or lending industries.
- Minimum of 2 years of software product management experience.
- Technical background with preferred hands-on experience in software development, engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of the financial consumer lending industry and/or the automotive sales process.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to develop plans, set objectives, and manage to results.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues that will impede success of the products.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing projects.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Must be able to travel 10% of the time.

Day to day
- Drive and execute product deliverables through Agile product lifecycle, acting as a bridge between stakeholders, including clients (internal & external), Business Owners, and the Product Development teams.
- Understand and translate market needs into a prioritized backlog for the team.
- Manage product backlog, refine requirements, and track progress regularly to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
