Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience in the automotive and/or lending industries.
• Minimum of 2 years of software product management experience.
• Technical background with preferred hands-on experience in software development, engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of the financial consumer lending industry and/or the automotive sales process.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to develop plans, set objectives, and manage to results.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues that will impede success of the products.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing projects.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Must be able to travel 10% of the time.

What the job involves

• Drive and execute product deliverables through Agile product lifecycle, acting as a bridge between stakeholders, including clients (internal & external), Business Owners, and the Product Development teams.
• Understand and translate market needs into a prioritized backlog for the team.
• Manage product backlog, refine requirements, and track progress regularly to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
