Who you are
- Define and plan work for development teams
- Experience as an Azure/.NET developer or C# development background
- Experience with Confluent Kafka preferred
- Experience developing native MS Azure Cloud based applications required
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams for guidance on priorities
- SAFe experience or relevant Agile experience, comfortable leading backlog refinement sessions
- Experience using Azure DevOps or a similar tool to create work items
- Understanding of cloud-based and on-prem applications required
- Strong understanding of Azure function apps, logic apps, durable functions required
- Take initiative in scoping work for development team
- Organized, able to present/communicate in front of large groups, able to collaborate with other teams

What the job involves
- You will be the driving force behind our application portfolio, collaborating closely with software developers, engineers, and architects to provide strategic guidance and direction
- Spearhead the development and management of the product backlog
- Oversee the approval and progression of work items through to completion and manage code deployment processes
- Lead and mentor development team members
