Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in a production software environment
- Direct experience working with agile teams
- Advanced understanding of agile development processes
- Demonstrated experience driving agile processes in a highly technical environment
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work across different functions and diverse cultures
- Experience adapting to changing priorities and evolving business needs
- Prefer formal people management experience

Day to day
- Partner with Product Managers to translate priorities and requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Data Services, SRE, Architecture, and business stakeholders to coordinate dependencies and drive delivery.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support backlog refinement, documentation, and release readiness throughout the software development lifecycle.
