- Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
- Demonstrated proficiency with Figma including wireframes prototypes design systems and developer ready UI specifications
- Professional experience working with software development teams and modern development processes such as SCRUM and AI assisted coding
- Progressive vision for AI including coding agents security and responsible AI
- Hands on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Team oriented with excellent communication and facilitation skills
- BA or BS in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- PMP certification
- CSM certification
- Passion for performing arts
- Event management software experience
Day to day
- Guide the vision and strategic execution of technical initiatives across internal and external applications websites and systems.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into high fidelity Figma designs wireframes prototypes and UI specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders outsourced developers and leadership to validate usability manage backlogs coordinate QA and drive releases.
