  • Experience in leading IT projects and collaborating with operations teams.

Day to day

  • Lead design, implementation, and operations of shopfloor digitalization platforms.
  • Serve as primary interface between Operations, IT Stakeholders, and System Integrators.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate platform vision and roadmap.
  • Define and prioritize product backlog, create user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage product releases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure smooth deployment.
