- Experience with networking including configuration of network devices
- Able to work flexible shifts including a 4 on 4 off schedule
- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
- Experience in an ITIL aligned organisation desirable

What the job involves
- Support and maintain traffic management simulation and training systems and associated equipment
- Provide remote support and attend site visits for commissioning and incident resolution
- Engage with internal teams to implement technical solutions and best practices
- Document issues and solutions within the ITSM system
- Mentor colleagues to enhance their technical skills
