Requirements
- 8+ years in program or project management
- 5+ years in customer-facing SaaS or AI deployments
- Experience in highly matrixed enterprise environments
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
- Hands-on understanding of APIs FHIR HL7 AWS Azure and ML/AI concepts
- Strong executive communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Jira Asana or Microsoft Project
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum or iterative methods

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML program delivery from discovery through deployment for strategic healthcare customers.
- Partner with engineering product and delivery teams to meet aggressive go-live timelines and manage risks dependencies and budgets.
- Serve as the executive-facing liaison for customers providing program updates ROI analysis and clear technical guidance while influencing product improvements.
