Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager in highly technical environments
- Strong working understanding of blockchain systems including L1 L2 validators nodes wallets and infrastructure
- Experience managing programs involving distributed systems production launches and external partners
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity shifting requirements and parallel workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Day to day
- Drive execution across complex technical programs spanning protocol, infrastructure, tooling, validators, wallets, and partner integrations
- Translate engineering roadmaps into actionable plans with milestones dependencies and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to align scope timelines testing and go-live criteria
- Track progress surface risks early and provide structured updates to leadership and stakeholders
