Requirements
- Several years running technical programs in infrastructure
- TPM or technical project management with genuine execution ownership
- Experience with external vendors partners or suppliers
- Incident management experience across multiple organizations
- Comfort with off-hours incident response
- Technical depth in GPUs networking and storage
- Ability to align teams you do not manage
- Solid planning risk tracking and status communication skills
- Ability to run multiple programs at once
- Calm direct communication
- Comfort with ambiguity and building process from scratch

Day to day
- Own provider relationships on the execution side and drive programs that keep providers operating smoothly inside Andromeda.
- Lead new provider and site onboarding capacity rollouts remediation efforts and major provider-side incident response across internal teams providers and customers.
- Build clear plans milestones risks and escalation paths while creating repeatable playbooks and standards that make each new onboarding faster and more predictable.
