Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed preferred or equivalent training/experience
- 1–3 years of experience in project support project coordination or administrative role
- Experience with project management or asset management systems such as AssetCalc or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word with ability to format edit and finalize client-ready reports
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for basic data review and validation
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro to create edit organize and finalize PDF documents
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management tools and structured digital filing systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with accurate record keeping
- Exposure to project lifecycle processes and coordination between internal stakeholders

Day to day
- Supports Technical Project Coordinators with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across active projects.
- Manages project setup data in AssetCalc and maintains organized digital filing systems in SharePoint, P-Drive, and related platforms.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders and supports report editing, PDF finalization, and client-ready delivery under guidance.
