Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or coordinate teams in a technical environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira Confluence Notion or equivalent
- Git literacy including branching strategies and PR workflows
- Understanding of agile development workflows
- Experience running or participating in sprint-based development cycles
- Ability to create and maintain project documentation such as PRDs status reports and dependency maps
- Comfort working across multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities

Day to day
- Own coordination of technical features from scoping through delivery across engineering AI and data teams

- Run agile ceremonies maintain project boards and produce clear status updates that help leadership and stakeholders stay aligned
