Technical Project Manager

Day to day

• Lead complex IT projects from planning and development through implementation and monitoring adhering to PMO standards and methodologies.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs using Agile methodologies primarily Scrum or Kanban while ensuring compliance with PMO processes.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems tools and techniques.
• Provide direction and support to project teams.
• Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ensuring adherence to PMO standards.
• Advocate for PMO methodologies within project teams and the broader organization.
