Day to day
- Own end-to-end execution for strategic customer pilots and keep complex implementations on track
- Track open items across customer and internal tools, identify blockers, and drive resolution proactively
- Translate between customers and engineers by producing clear notes, tickets, debugging context, and actionable documentation
- Run testing, readiness reviews, standups, go-live checklists, and metrics readouts to support successful launches
