- Own strategic pilot execution end to end and drive open items to resolution across customer and internal tools
- Debug integrations and API issues identify root causes and explain technical problems clearly to engineers
- Translate between customers and engineering by producing crisp notes tickets and documentation
- Run test suites validate fixes and manage readiness reviews go live checklists and operational cadence
