Who you are

• 5+ years Industry experience as Project Manager
• Certified Scrum Master
• Project Management Professional certification (or in progress)
• 2-3 years leading Scrum teams in application development
• 3-5 years leading Infrastructure teams
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Trello)
• Understanding of software development
• Solid writing and speaking skills in Project Management
• Proficiency in Lean thinking in Agile environments
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related focus
• 5 years project management experience with 2 years lead role
• Experience managing $1M+ projects
• Managing broad-based information systems
• Experience building enterprise applications and/or data
• Medicare or Health Care experience
