Requirements
- 5+ years Industry experience as Project Manager
- Certified Scrum Master
- Project Management Professional certification (or in progress)
- 2-3 years leading Scrum teams in application development
- 3-5 years leading Infrastructure teams
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Trello)
- Understanding of software development
- Solid writing and speaking skills in Project Management
- Proficiency in Lean thinking in Agile environments
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related focus
- 5 years project management experience with 2 years lead role
- Experience managing $1M+ projects
- Managing broad-based information systems
- Experience building enterprise applications and/or data
- Medicare or Health Care experience

Day to day
