- Owns end-to-end execution on strategic customer pilots and keeps every open item moving to resolution.
- Debugs integrations and API errors across Maven and external systems, then translates technical issues into clear actions for engineering.
- Runs the operational rhythm for complex implementations, including standups readiness reviews go-live checklists and rigorous testing.
- Produces crisp documentation meeting notes and tickets that help customers and engineers stay aligned throughout the pilot.
