  • Experience in QA or release roles within a SaaS or product environment
  • Comfort testing web applications in staging or pre-production environments
  • Ability to write clear test cases acceptance criteria and regression checklists
  • Experience using browser dev tools console and network inspection
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or similar
  • Strong bug reproduction triage and reporting skills
  • Ability to think through edge cases permissions data states and user journeys
  • Experience introducing practical QA process without slowing delivery
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress is a plus
