Requirements
- 3+ years in recruiting and operations ideally at a high-growth startup
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Success recruiting technical and non-technical roles in competitive markets
- Strong outbound sourcing capability
- Experience designing hiring processes SOPs onboarding programs and process improvements
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with HR systems job boards and applicant-tracking systems
- Comfort working in fast-moving high-impact environments

Day to day
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and mission-driven roles in competitive AI and engineering markets
- Build proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for engineering red teaming research product operations and specialized technical roles
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define performance profiles improve candidate experience and strengthen onboarding and people operations
