  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong outbound sourcing capability

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems job boards and applicant-tracking systems
  • Comfort working in fast-moving high-impact environments

Day to day

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and mission-driven roles in competitive AI and engineering markets
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for engineering red teaming research product operations and specialized technical roles
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define performance profiles improve candidate experience and strengthen onboarding and people operations
