    What the job involves

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand engineering and technical teams and hiring needs act as a trusted advisor in developing and executing hiring plans and strategies
    • Own full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions including: editing or crafting job descriptions sourcing screening and closing top technical talent through various channels
    • Conduct thorough interviews to effectively evaluate a candidate’s technical skills
    • Recommends and manages recruitment strategies that will contribute to finding and securing the best and brightest top talent
    • Identify the best recruiting networks to build a candidate pipeline to ensure flow of qualified candidates for key roles
    • Enhance recruiting processes including interviewer training documentation and other process improvement initiatives
    • Possess strong business acumen to develop partnerships with stakeholders and candidates
