Requirements
- 1-3 years technical sourcing and recruiting in a fast-paced environment for Cyber or IT professionals
- Passion for Talent Acquisition and relationship building
- Sales driven with strong focus and ambition
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on full lifecycle recruiting experience using various techniques
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- BS in Business or related fields
- Problem-solving and tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong time-management and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize workload
Nice to have
- Understanding of federal agencies and government contracting
- Proficiency with the Google Suite and Office products
- Familiarity with ATS, specifically JobDiva
Day to day
- Work with the TA team and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Build and maintain candidate pipelines, screen candidates, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Support TA projects and deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience. Develop effective relationships within the organization for top talent acquisition. Optimize utilization of the JobDiva ATS system and manage full lifecycle recruitment.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand acquisition needs. Conduct interviews and screens, ensuring cultural fit. Negotiate salaries, coordinate final selection, and foster long-term relationships with candidates.
