5+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience with a focus on technical roles
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and requirements, preferably in the AI field
Deep understanding and experience in sourcing passive talent, pipeline development strategies, methods and tools
Proficiency in using data to drive recruitment decisions and strategies
Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or comparable tools.
