- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with strong technical and product hiring focus
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments
- Proven ability to manage high volumes and achieve 5+ hires per week
- Experience hiring AWS-native Data & AI roles and Javascript-based full-stack web/mobile roles
- Expert sourcing skills across LinkedIn GitHub and Apollo
- Experience using an ATS such as Workable and managing data-driven pipelines
- Experience handling interview scorecards offer letters and other hiring administration

Day to day
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through resume screening and interview scheduling across open roles
- Drive aggressive outbound sourcing on LinkedIn GitHub and similar technical platforms to identify passive candidates
- Build scalable talent pipelines and partner with leadership to fill high-priority technical and sales roles quickly and accurately
