Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for Cloud and Data positions
- Experience hiring within cloud consulting professional services systems integrators or technology consulting firms
- Strong understanding of modern cloud technologies including Google Cloud Platform AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Experience recruiting for technical disciplines such as Cloud Infrastructure Kubernetes DevOps Data Engineering Data Analytics AI/ML and Software Engineering
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership
- Excellent interviewing communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience

- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs candidate profiles and workforce plans.
