Requirements
- Significant experience in healthcare medicine life sciences venture capital startups healthcare operations digital health medical devices biotech pharma healthcare AI or related fields
- Senior leadership board advisory investing entrepreneurial clinical executive or operating experience preferred
- Strong professional network within healthcare investment startup clinical hospital payer provider pharma biotech health technology or innovation ecosystems
- Ability to provide strategic practical and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups and the broader platform
- Ability to commit approximately 2–4 hours per month to board participation and strategic advisory activities

Day to day

- Participate in periodic board discussions and offer thoughtful recommendations based on professional background and expertise
