Who you are

  • Prior experience sourcing candidates using various methods and techniques for recruiting ideally recruiting SEs for Cisco, Juniper, Brocade or other networking vendors
  • Prior sales recruiting expertise hunting for sales talent who sell technology into data centers environments -- Networking, Security SW, and or Storage solutions
  • Experience using sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, cold-calling, and sourcing from LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other social media outlets
  • Ability to build a robust pipeline of sales applicants for positions assigned
  • Excellent communication skills to present prescreened candidates to hiring managers
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales Recruiters and Sales Management
  • Strong organizational skills to provide weekly updates to Director of Global Staffing on sourcing progress and pipeline
