Remote Technical Services Engineer Job in United States mParticle

Who you are

• 4-year undergraduate degree in computer science/engineering or related discipline
• Experience with programming languages: Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, Ruby, Python
• Quickly grasp and understand new technologies and concepts
• 1-2 years as QA Engineer, Software Engineer, or Customer Success/Support Engineer
• Experience deploying technology solutions or in technical customer support role
• Familiarity with mobile SDKs

What the job involves

• Work closely with mParticle's Customer Success, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting teams to provide world-class service
• Support customer developer teams implementing mParticle’s SDKs and APIs
• Support various components of the mParticle platform such as Audiences, IDSync, and Profile API
• Interact with top minds and technology stacks in mobile app business
• Become an expert in all things mParticle, including mobile SDKs and partner integrations
• Communicate product feedback from customers to product and engineering teams
• Assist with new product feature testing
• Build internal tooling, SOPs and KBs for customer-facing teams
