Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in technical application delivery management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and result-driven
  • Ability to work with remote and office-based resources
  • Experience in ERP or similar technologies
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products

  • Manage support service delivery to meet SLAs
  • Participate in service review meetings
  • Build dedicated support teams for customers
  • Participate in new customer onboarding
  • Perform Incident Manager role on P1 incidents
  • Implement service improvement initiatives
  • Keep abreast of current trends and technologies
  • Manage patching/maintenance schedules
  • Manage client needs at CAB meetings
  • Provide presales support
