Who you are

• A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, SQL, JSON, and knowledge of data migrations and database structures.
• Experience in implementing integrations and reading vendor APIs.
• Ability to design, describe, and optimize workflows, with proficiency in diagramming tools such as Visio or Miro.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Analytical and creative thinker with proven problem-solving skills.
• Experience within the legal services sector, including customer success, project management, or solutions consulting.
• Proven track record of driving adoption of various management solutions.
• Highly motivated, customer-focused, and inspiring individual with a mix of product knowledge, solutions expertise, and legal experience.
