Who you are

  • Superb customer service skills.
  • 2+ years in technical customer service or software support.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise solutions software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory and SQL Server.
  • Preferred experience in supporting web-enabled software with Microsoft .NET IIS and SharePoint.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • US Citizenship is required.



What the job involves

  • Provide quality technical software support to clients using Deltek products Vision/Vantagepoint.
  • Work with a team to support customers via telephone email chat and the internet.
  • Assess the nature of customer issues and resolve most support problems
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate Support Analysts.
