Who you are
Superb customer service skills.
2+ years in technical customer service or software support.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise solutions software
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory and SQL Server.
Preferred experience in supporting web-enabled software with Microsoft .NET IIS and SharePoint.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
US Citizenship is required.
What the job involves
Provide quality technical software support to clients using Deltek products Vision/Vantagepoint.
Work with a team to support customers via telephone email chat and the internet.
Assess the nature of customer issues and resolve most support problems
Escalate complex issues to appropriate Support Analysts.
