Day to day
- Act as the main technical reference point for Shelly in the UK, supporting installers partners and internal teams with authoritative guidance.
- Provide first-line technical support for pre-sales and post-sales queries, including product selection wiring installation configuration and troubleshooting.
- Deliver technical training and enablement while gathering field intelligence to improve documentation reduce recurring issues and strengthen customer trust.
