Requirements
- Computer Science degree or boot camp graduate/self-taught programmer
- 2 years of Data Engineering or Software Engineering experience
- Experience with databases in a software-engineering or DBA capacity
- Proficiency in relational databases, data warehouses, SQL, Java/Kotlin
- Familiarity with data pipelines, unit tests, troubleshooting
- Experience with ERP systems, blob storage, cloud hosting, scripting

Day to day
- Provide advanced technical assistance and support to customers with complex technical issues around database connector sources and destinations
- Use software and data-engineering skills to debug and assist customers with critical data pipelines
- Work with Layer 2 Cloud and Self Managed support agents to resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally
- Advocate for customers with product and engineering teams to incorporate fixes and enhancements
- Triaging and prioritizing user issues, developing code, altering automation, and creating knowledge bases
