Who you are
- At least one year of experience in IS or IT
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and networking
- Knowledge of OSI Model, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, multicast) and application protocols (HTTP, SSL, FTP, SMTP, LDAP)
- Four-year degree in a related discipline
- Fluency in German and English

- Work with customers to resolve technical issues using a variety of internal resources
- Provide data analysis to troubleshoot systems
- Escalate technical cases to the appropriate resource
