What the job involves

  • Provide exceptional technical support and customer service for CivicPlus products across email, live chat, and phone channels
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues while documenting interactions via ticketing software
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams with comprehensive documentation
